Acrylic plaster

    

Plastering mix for decoration and protection, used for making thin coats of plasters on typical building surfaces on the outdoor parts of buildings and as part the SEMPRE TERM ST insulation system. For use on typical building surfaces like: concrete, cement plaster, calacareous-cement plaster, also covered with acrylic resin-based material. The plastering mix makes a weatherproof layer with high permeability of water vapour. Ready for use and available in many colours, based on the MILANO colour guide or on others.

DIRECTIONS: as a part of insulation system, apply on surface primed with TESORO GRUNT primer. Typical building surface should be clean, even, bearing, degreased and dense. Loose grain and dirt should be removed mechanically or with water under pressure. Unevenness and defects should be filled in with appropriate filling plaster. In case of fresh cement plaster, a 3-week seasoning period is recommended.
PRIMING: 24 hours before applying the plastering mix, prime the surface with TESORO GRUNT primer.
APPLICATION: apply grain-thick with a stainless steel trowel. Using a plastic trowel, alter to achieve a desired texture. In order to achieve a totally smooth surface with no connection lines, apply entire coat in one working cycle, using the "wet on wet"method.
DRYING: in temperature over + 20^oC, with relative air humidity of 55% - about 24 hours. Total hardening occurs after 48 hours. In lower temperature and higher humidity - up to few days. Surface should be protected form precipitation.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
BINDER BASIS: water acrylic dispersion.
COLOURS: white or according to the MILANO colour guide or on others codes.
PIGMENTS: titanium white and UV-resistant colour pigments.
COVERAGE: depending on the grain size.
STORAGE: up to 24 months in orginal, closed container, in a cool place. Prevent from freezing. After freezing the product is not suitable for use.

ATTENTION: Keep away from children. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water and get medical attention. Do not use in temperatures below +5^oC, in heavy sunlight or windy weather. After freezing the product is not suitable for use. Wash tools with water.
